CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

**Airfare and accommodation are not included.**

PAYMENT
A 20% deposit reserves your spot. The balance is split into two equal payments, due November 6, 2026 and February 6, 2027.

  • Founding Queen $975 — $195 deposit, then $390 and $390
  • Standard $1,025 — $205 deposit, then $410 and $410
  • Founding Queen ₱9,300 — ₱1,860 deposit, then ₱3,720 and ₱3,720
  • Standard ₱10,000 — ₱2,000 deposit, then ₱4,000 and ₱4,000

Registering after November 6: deposit at registration, balance due February 6. On or after February 6, payment is in full.

CANCELLATION
The deposit is non-refundable. Refunds are issued less the payment processing fee.

  • Before November 6, 2026: full balance refunded.
  • November 6, 2026 – February 6, 2027: 50% of the balance refunded.
  • On or after February 6, 2027: no refund.

What should you know before you register?

How much does Royalty Rising cost?
Founding Queen spots are $975, and Standard spots are $1,025. Filipina residents can pay in pesos (₱9,300 Founding Queen, ₱10,000 Standard).
Are airfare and accommodation included?
No. Airfare and accommodation are booked and paid separately.
How do I reserve my spot?
A 20% deposit holds your spot. The balance is split into two equal payments, due November 6, 2026, and February 6, 2027.
What if I register after November 6?
Pay the deposit at registration, with the balance due February 6, 2027. From February 6 on, payment is due in full.
What is the cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. Cancel before November 6, 2026, for a full refund of the balance, or by February 6, 2027, for 50% back. After that, there's no refund.
