Booking Your Escape is Simple
To make a surf escape reservation, submit the form to check availability. Please confirm availability BEFORE booking air and other transportation. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 15% of the total cost is required to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the retreat start date. For groups of 3 or more, the balance is due 5 months prior.
Cancellation Policies
Guest Reservation Cancellation:
- The 15% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- If cancellation is made 60 days before the retreat, the remaining balance is refundable or transferable to another retreat.
- If cancellation is less than 8 weeks before the retreat, the remaining balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- For groups of 3 or more, if cancellation is less than 5 months before the retreat, the remaining balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Travel Insurance:
- Strongly recommended to cover illness, emergencies, natural disasters, and flight cancellations.
QOTP Surf Escapes Cancellation:
- If we cancel or change the retreat date due to uncontrollable reasons (weather, natural disasters, illness), we are not liable for refunds or reimbursing travel costs.
Travel Information
- Airports: Fly into Managua Airport (MGA) or Liberia Airport (LIR) and transfer to our resort.
- Insurance: Purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
- Directions: Detailed travel instructions provided upon booking confirmation.
- Ground Transportation: If you arrive before the retreat start date or depart after the last scheduled day, arrange your own transportation to/from the airport. We can assist with arrangements. Send us your flight itinerary at least 1 week before arrival.
